Teen group training at South Barwon Reserve! Sessions designed to improve the mental and physical health of teens. Combining outdoor bootcamp-style training with boxing and yoga focusing on community, connection and well-being and keeping teens active, happy and healthy. For the second half of term 2, 1st June - 22nd June we are offering free sessions to teens looking to get moving again out of isolation!
