The little ones yoga sessions are perfect for young children aged 3-5.

My intention of the session is to provide children with positive energy & skills that they can carry with them through their every day life, gently enhance their flexibility, strength and coordination, teach them self awareness & self acceptance and teach them calming & relaxation techniques .

I believe the children receive the most benefits from yoga if the sessions run weekly.

Sessions are 30mins in duration with a set lesson plan and structure to kept the children engaged for the whole session, think story books, singing, games and even relaxation and being still.

Sessions are run inside school terms, for dates and locations get in touch below.
